They use a unique business-oriented proprietary software and Microsoft MapPoint for the tracking and map reports. The “non-live” offerings do not require any Internet connection … a big plus for some users. No special computer requirements are listed either, the database behind the product is Microsoft SQL Server. ESRI mapping products interface is also available.
