Public transportation has always been important. In today’s world of severe energy cost constraints and global pollution issues it is even more important. If a city wants people to use public transportation then they need to make it useable. A few cities have done so … most just treat busses and trains as the province of the poor and the cripples and keep on driving their BMW’s

The only reason I’m not in “7th heaven” over this tool? It’s been on line for years now … proving that the city can make money with their transit system … yet the number of other cites boasting a comparable public access tool is tiny … sad, actually.
